House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM, no exceptions.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM, no exceptions. Please respect this schedule to allow cleaning.
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter any accommodation other than the one assigned to you at the time of booking. Each accommodation is private and assigned to a specific guest.
  • Wilfully entering or remaining in a flat other than the one indicated constitutes a serious violation of the house rules and may result in:
    • immediate intervention by our staff,
    • additional fees,
    • exclusion without refund,
    • and reporting of the incident to the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

2. Quiet Hours and Neighbour Consideration

  • Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the peace and comfort of other guests and neighbours.
  • Respectful behaviour: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any disruptive behaviour will result in penalties.

3. Use of Private Spaces

  • Kitchen: Each accommodation has a private kitchen. Please keep it clean and do not leave perishable food at the end of your stay.
  • Bathrooms: Bathrooms are private. Please take care of them and leave them clean after use.
  • Living area: Each unit has its own living space. Please respect the furniture and available equipment.

4. Smoking Policy

  • No smoking indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations. Outdoor smoking areas may be available.
  • Cigarette disposal: Please dispose of cigarette butts in designated ashtrays.

5. Cleanliness

  • Cleaning for long stays: A cleaning service is provided every five days for extended stays.
  • Bedding: Please respect the bed linens and blankets. Avoid staining them or using products that may cause damage.
  • Waste disposal: Please dispose of your waste in the designated rubbish bins.

6. Internet and Television

  • Wi-Fi: Free of charge. The password will be provided upon arrival.
  • Television: Each accommodation is equipped with a television. Please keep the volume at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing others.

7. Security

  • Keys and access: Always lock the door when leaving the accommodation. Do not share keys or access codes with third parties.
  • Fire safety: In case of emergency, follow the safety instructions. The use of candles or any open flames is strictly prohibited.

8. Additional Guests

  • Mandatory registration: All guests must be registered. Hosting unregistered guests without management approval is not allowed.
  • Visitor policy: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the management.

9. Pets

  • Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

10. Damage and Liability

  • Guest responsibility: You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. Please report any incidents to management immediately.
  • Security deposit: A deposit may be required to cover potential damages.

11. Complaints and Suggestions

  • Issues during your stay: If you encounter any problems, please contact management immediately for a prompt resolution.
  • Feedback: We welcome your suggestions to improve the guest experience.
