Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Rate Bookings

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date (15:00 local time).
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• Modifications: Changes to the booking (such as date changes) are subject to availability and must also be requested at least 7 days in advance.

2. Non-Refundable Rate Bookings

• For reservations made under a non-refundable rate, no cancellation or refund is permitted, regardless of the reason. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

3. Long-Stay Bookings (10 nights or more)

• Free Cancellation is available up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. Early Departure

• No refunds are provided for early departures once the stay has commenced.

5. Force Majeure

• In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or serious medical emergencies), we assess each case individually. Official documentation must be provided, and any exception remains at the discretion of the management.

6. Group reservations (3 or more units)

• A 30-day cancellation notice is required for group bookings.
• Cancellations made within 30 days will be charged 50%, and within 14 days, 100% of the total booking value.

7. How to Cancel or Modifiy

• All cancellations or modifications must be requested in writing via email at reception@wakeupstr.lu or through the platform used to book the stay (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, direct website).
• The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive the written notice
